Hi, I’m Anna.

Have you hit a certain age and feel a bit lost? Perhaps you are no longer in love with the job you do, or have lost confidence in yourself?

If so, you are not alone. I hit 50 and found myself in a job I didn’t love anymore, in a body I didn’t recognise and feeling invisible and irrelevant. 

I felt stressed, miserable and stuck.

Long story short, I got myself unstuck and am happier than I have ever been.

Now, I am a qualified coach who helps others to figure out who they want to be, what they want and need in their lives and how to go about getting it.

what can I offer?

Set a goal

Coaching sessions are an opportunity to press pause on your hectic life and think deeply about what is important to you and what you want to achieve. Setting small achievable goals and reaching them builds back lost confidence.

Identify your “why”

Making a change that lasts is easier if you have a clear idea of why it is important to you. Knowing what you believe in and are aligned to is so powerful – and you might be suprised to your true values are not what you first thought!

See things differently

Looking at a challenge or problem from a different perspective, or reframing it, can help to unlock options and directions you hadn’t thought of before.

Learn about yourself

Coaching is about self discovery and empowerment. The aim is to find out for yourself what you want and who you want to be – to regain a sense of purpose and balance in your life.
